      Less Pressure Make Better Life

        Hello, my classmates! Pressure is a serious problem in today’s world. Most students in our class are under too much pressure. We have much stress, such as getting on with our classmates, taking exams, having too much homework. Too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being. However, much pressure mostly comes from our parents and teachers.

        Both of them expect all of us to get great achievement in exams. It will do harm to our body and brain if the stress lasts a long time. So it’s important for us to deal with it before the matter gets worse.

        There are some methods we can try. Many physical activities can reduce it. Besides, sharing our stress with others can be very helpful. In addition, spending time in doing something relaxing, such as listening to light music, may be good ways. Sometimes we need to communicate with our parents and teachers to tell them our pressure and feelings.

        I think, less pressure makes better life. Thank you.
