　　解析：我們先來(lái)理解幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞：政策支持、資金投入，調(diào)動(dòng)、阻擊戰(zhàn)。從字面上來(lái)理解，“支持”和“投入”似乎并不是一樣的意思，不過(guò)，從整個(gè)句子的意思來(lái)看，都可以用support來(lái)解釋。另外，“打贏”和“阻擊戰(zhàn)”在中文語(yǔ)境中偏"軍事術(shù)語(yǔ)化"——這其實(shí)是中文時(shí)政新聞里的一個(gè)非常重要的特色。在譯成英文里，要盡量避免這樣的表達(dá)，轉(zhuǎn)化做一些較為“平民”化的表述，如defeat sth. 還有就是“調(diào)動(dòng)”一詞，如果直譯為mobilize，并無(wú)不可。不過(guò)，coordinate也是可用的。
