　　近日，國(guó)內(nèi)的一些航空公司紛紛推出"隨心飛"機(jī)票折扣套餐，希望收復(fù)現(xiàn)金流。

　　參考譯文：Domestic airlines in China rolled out ticket discount packages under the banner of "fly at will" one after another recently, in the hope of recouping money.

　　解析："隨心飛"作為一個(gè)專(zhuān)用名詞以及一個(gè)行業(yè)及商業(yè)性的名稱(chēng)，有時(shí)需要參考一下行業(yè)的翻譯規(guī)范。"隨心飛"這個(gè)詞的英文如果沒(méi)有航空公司自己官方的版本，fly at will是基本達(dá)義的。另外，“收復(fù)”的原意是“謂奪回已失去的東西。多指奪回失地。”不過(guò)，在這一句里，應(yīng)該理解為“提升現(xiàn)金流”，或“恢復(fù)原有的收入”，用recoupe還是挺貼切的。Recoup的意思是“彌補(bǔ)、重新拿回”，即If you recoup a sum of money that you have spent or lost, you get it back. 例如：Insurance companies are trying to recoup their losses by increasing premiums./保險(xiǎn)公司正試圖通過(guò)提高保費(fèi)來(lái)彌補(bǔ)損失。

　　解析：這一個(gè)英文句子里，有兩個(gè)詞的用法不走尋常路：一個(gè)是playing field，另一個(gè)則是level。通常，playing field的意思是“操場(chǎng);運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)”即A playing field is a large area of grass where people play sports. 例如：the playing fields of the girls' Grammar School. /女子文法學(xué)校的運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)。不過(guò)，在財(cái)經(jīng)文本里，這個(gè)詞組還有另外一個(gè)意思：“公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境;機(jī)會(huì)均等的環(huán)境”，即You talk about a level playing field to mean a situation that is fair, because no competitor or opponent in it has an advantage over another. 例如：We ask for a level playing field when we compete with foreign companies./我們尋求一個(gè)能與外國(guó)公司公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境。Level這個(gè)詞通�？梢宰髅�詞或動(dòng)詞，不過(guò)，在這里是作了一個(gè)形容詞，意思是“等高的，齊平的”，即If one thing is level with another thing, it is at the same height as it. 例如：He leaned over the counter so his face was almost level with the boy's./他傾身伏在柜臺(tái)上，一張臉幾乎湊到小男孩的面前。又如：Amy knelt down so that their eyes were level./埃米屈膝在地，兩人目光相對(duì)平視。此外，stake的意思是“(企業(yè)等中的)股本，股份”，即If you have a stake in something such as a business, it matters to you, for example because you own part of it or because its success or failure will affect you. 例如：He was eager to return to a more entrepreneurial role in which he had a big financial stake in his own efforts./他渴望回到一個(gè)更多參與創(chuàng)業(yè)的角色，那樣他所付出的努力會(huì)與自己的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益息息相關(guān)。Take passive stake的意思是“投資”，不過(guò)，這個(gè)投資并不是positive的方式，而是passive的方式——不控股，而是參股，做小股東。這也與前面的the playing field is not level相呼應(yīng)：在坑坑洼洼的球場(chǎng)上，怎么可能與對(duì)手有一個(gè)公平較量的環(huán)境呢?既然沒(méi)有公平的機(jī)會(huì)，那就做“小弟”唄!
