Our corporation is a large-scale state-owned listed real estate company with national first-rank development qualification. It has been rewarded as the leading brand in real estate sector in China for the fifth consecutive years. In July 2006, the company went listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). By the end of 2015, its total assets have exceeded 360 billion yuan and the contract volume reached 136.676 billion yuan. Founded in 1992, the enterprise succeeded in shareholding reform within a decade of sound development. It thus began to implement its nationwide strategy so as to strengthen the professional operation and continue to achieve great-leap-forward development.
By now, our company has managed to implement the nationwide strategic layout covering 57 cities with Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai as its centers. There are 292 shareholding subsidiary corporations and the business ranges from real estate development, architectural design, engineering construction, and property management to selling agent, commercial exhibition, hotel management and other relative sectors. We insist on focus on commercial residential building development and moderate procession of operational real estate. In terms of housing development, the enterprise has gradually formed the new advanced innovative business pattern, featuring the four major products series and multiple qualified residential real estate management. We provide people with medium and high end buildings, apartment houses and diversified categories. The commercial property management services include those in business office buildings, high-end recreational real estate, starred hotels, commercial and trade exhibitions, shopping malls and urban complex. We are capable of overall diversified property management development.
