　　今年是中國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織 10 周年。10 年來(lái)，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)了新的跨越，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)日益增大。10 年來(lái)，中國(guó)平均關(guān)稅水平從 15.3%降至 9.8%，達(dá)到并超過(guò)了世貿(mào)組織對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的要求。10 年來(lái)，中國(guó)總計(jì)從海外進(jìn)口達(dá)8.5 萬(wàn)億美元，為各國(guó)發(fā)展提供了廣闊市場(chǎng)。

　　中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的總體形勢(shì)是好的。在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)依然復(fù)雜多變的情況下，中國(guó)有針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)和改善宏觀調(diào)控，著力穩(wěn)物價(jià)、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、保民生、促和諧，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)由政策刺激向自主增長(zhǎng)有序轉(zhuǎn)變，國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)朝著宏觀調(diào)控的預(yù)期方向發(fā)展。

　　為了鞏固經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展良好勢(shì)頭，我們將堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)發(fā)展為主題、以加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式為主線，繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)和改善宏觀調(diào)控，繼續(xù)處理好保持經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、管理通脹預(yù)期的關(guān)系，更加注重以人為本，更加注重全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，更加注重統(tǒng)籌兼顧，更加注重改革開(kāi)放，更加注重保障和改善民生。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前景是光明的。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展無(wú)疑將是有利的。

　　This year marks the tenth anniversary of China's accession to the WTO. In the past ten years, China's economy has made significant advance and its contribution to world economic growth has been growing. China's average tariff level has dropped from 15.3% to 9.8%, which is lower than the WTO requirement for developing countries. Its total imports in this period have reached 8.5 trillion US dollars, creating a huge market for other countries.

　　The overall situation of China's economic and social development is good. In the face of the complex and volatile global economic environment, China has taken targeted measures this year to strengthen and improve macro control, with focus on stabilizing prices, adjusting the economic structure, ensuring people's well-being, and promoting harmony. The Chinese economy is driven more by its internal dynamism than policy stimulus. And it is moving in the direction consistent with the objectives of macro control.

　　To sustain the sound momentum of China's economic and social development, we will continue to pursue development in a scientific way and redouble efforts to shift the growth model. We will continue to strengthen and improve macro control, and maintain a balance between achieving steady and fast economic growth, adjusting the economic structure and managing inflation expectation. Putting people's interests first and taking a holistic approach to development, we will work harder to achieve all-round, balanced and sustainable development, deepen reform and opening-up, and improve people's well-being. I am convinced that, through hard work and with the understanding and support of the international community, we will have a bright prospect for the Chinese economy. And continued steady and fast economic growth in China will serve the interest of global economic growth.
