中國人民銀行12月15日發(fā)布公告，重申將保護(hù)那些不便使用電子支付等非現(xiàn)金支付方式的個人或群體，對于拒收現(xiàn)金的單位和個人，將會同有關(guān)部門依法予以查處。
中國人民銀行已采取多項(xiàng)措施，規(guī)范現(xiàn)金管理，提高現(xiàn)金流通效率，保障公眾合理、安全、順暢使用現(xiàn)金。
The People's Bank of China (PBOC) said on December 15 that it will investigate and punish institutions and individuals that refuse to accept valid bank notes and coins and reiterated that it would protect the groups or individuals who find it inconvenient to use electronic or other noncash payment methods.
The PBOC has taken a number of measures to standardize the management of cash, improve the efficiency of the circulation of cash, and ensure the rational, safe and smooth use of cash by the public.
