　　北京市海淀區(qū)在中關(guān)村科學(xué)城北區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)千億級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的空天產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

　　中關(guān)村科學(xué)城是中國(guó)航天事業(yè)的發(fā)源地之一，全國(guó)半數(shù)以上的航天領(lǐng)域院士與專家，航天科技等國(guó)家隊(duì)領(lǐng) 軍企業(yè)和科研機(jī)構(gòu)在這里聚集。

　　海淀區(qū)將為入駐產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金、房租補(bǔ)貼、研發(fā)投入補(bǔ)貼配套、人才落戶、人才公租房等政策支持。

　　Beijing's Haidian district plans to build a hundred-billion-yuan aerospace industry cluster in the northern region of the city's Zhongguancun Science City.

　　As one of the cradles of China's aerospace industry, the Zhongguancun Science City gathers more than half of the country's academics and experts, leading enterprises, and scientific research institutions in the field.

　　Haidian will provide policy support for enterprises settled in the cluster, including investment funds, rental assistance, R&D subsidies, household registration for skills, and public rental housing.
