　　Hooligan這種小魚減少的原因，一是產(chǎn)卵沒地方附著，二是誤捕，三是其他魚類來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)食物，聽力認(rèn)為這三種都有解決方式。

　　1. barriers block females to lay their eggs：調(diào)整大壩限時(shí)開放和水流temporary adjustment ，hooligans only hatch in spring，so we can let more water go through dams to carry more sands and gravel

　　2. bycatch (fishers use nets to capture shrimps and hooligans will be caught by accident in this way)：redesign the nets to catch shrimps only

　　3. food competition：add more food like多養(yǎng)殖Krill(屏幕給了詞)，這是the Pacific hake和hooligan共同的食物，減緩食物競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
