　　本句的主句結(jié)構(gòu)是The relationshave been of such interestand importance and the special research field of chronobiology has　emerged其實并不難，就是一個并列句而已。但是The relations后面由between animal activity and these periods來修飾，緊跟著一個插入成　分particularly for the daily rhythms來限制縮小一下范圍，這樣把主語和謂語割裂開來have been of such interest and importance后面用that引導(dǎo)一個從句a huge amount of work has been done on them來修飾interest和importance，最后再用一個and引導(dǎo)的并列分句the special research field of chronobiology has emerged來結(jié)束句子。
