It’s very important for people to enhance the public awareness. For example, we shouldn’t make any loud noise in public area, because everyone deserves the right to have a quiet environment. Last Friday afternoon, i was studying in the school library, coz the final exam was coming. You know what, a guy who sat next to me was talking loudly on the phone. He made a lot of noise, and i couldn’t focus on my study. I just got distracted. It’s so annoying! I think this kind of behavior is impolite and rude.
