　　The picture above illustrates that our current society is in need of social morality and traditional virtue, which can support us no matter how dark the world around us becomes. Being a nation renowned in the world for many of its traditional virtues, the Chinese people have been practicing social morality throughout history. As a matter of fact, people of many different cultures have regarded public morality as the most sublime of human emotions.

　　It is my view that the best way to show social morality is to help people who are more unfortunate than we are. We should always be ready to give a helping hand to those who are in trouble, no matter whether they are family members or complete strangers. Only by doing so can we help to make the world a better place, for, as the picture shows, the darker the shadows of misfortune become, the more brightly the lamp of public morality shines.

　　我認(rèn)為，展現(xiàn)社會公德的最好方式是幫助比我們更加不幸的人。我們應(yīng)該隨時準(zhǔn)備向有困難的人伸出援助之手，無論他們是家庭成員還是素昧平生。這樣，我們能夠助一臂之力把世界變成一個更美好的地方，因?yàn)�，正如圖畫所描繪的，不幸的陰影越黑暗，公德之燈的光芒就越閃亮。
