　　寫作“三步走”：

　　寫明相關(guān)信息，如時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等—>簡(jiǎn)單說明活動(dòng)內(nèi)容或背景—>署名

　　Tips:

　　一般告示類文體都需要寫標(biāo)題，如Notice或者Announcement。

　　告示類文體主要用于說明或者傳達(dá)某件事情、某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)等，重在言簡(jiǎn)意賅。

　　如果是關(guān)于活動(dòng)的通知，需要說明活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、參加人員范圍以及其它必要細(xì)節(jié)。

　　在告示結(jié)尾一般需要寫上貼出告示的單位或者個(gè)人。

　　(1)Directions:

　　Suppose you are an secretary of the English Department of X University. Write a notice to inform the teachers and students of this department of a lecture on crosscultural studies.

　　You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.

　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Li Ming” instead.

　　There is going to be a lecture, titled “Across Cultures: Digital Media and Literate Activity”, in the meeting room of the English Department from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 11th. The lecture will be given by Professor Robert Johnson, who is from the Department of Englsih Literature of University of Pennsylvania. Professor Johnson is known for his unique probing of the many connections between literate activity and new information technologies. He will present, in his humorous style, the relation he found between culture and technological development, which you surely will enjoy very much.

　　All the teachers and students are welcome to attend this lecture.

　　Due to bad weather condition, the badminton competition, organized by the College Badminton Club, will not be held in the “May Fouth” Field as it was scheduled. Instead, it will be moved to the Haidian Gymnasium, which is about ten mininutes’ walk from the university. All club members, competitors, and audience students will meet in front of the West Gate of the university at 9:00 a.m., June 5th, to go there togehter. For those who will go by themselves, please refer to the map in below. The event will be last from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a. m. Cold drinks and snacks will be provided in the gymnasium.
