　　日期—>說(shuō)明事由和目的—>直接署名

　　Tips:

　　日期通常寫(xiě)在便箋的右上角。

　　由于便箋提及的事情通常都是發(fā)生在近期的事情，所以日期寫(xiě)明年月即可。

　　開(kāi)頭的稱(chēng)呼通常直接寫(xiě)名字，省略Dear。稱(chēng)呼和最后的署名都比較簡(jiǎn)單隨意。
