　　I think a job is on the one hand a way of making a living, but on the other hand, it is also a very important way to self-fulfillment.

　　我覺得工作一方面就是謀生的一種手段，而另一方面它又是實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的一種重要的方式。

　　How do you handle your failure?

　　你是怎樣對(duì)待失敗的?

　　None of us was born "perfect".I will get a second chance to correct my mistake.

　　我們誰(shuí)都不是生來(lái)就完美無(wú)缺的。我將會(huì)爭(zhēng)取第二次機(jī)會(huì)去改正我的缺點(diǎn)。

　　Are you more a follower or a leader?

　　你更傾向于扮演追隨者還是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者?

　　I think I am more of a leader, but I am team-task minded too.

　　我覺得自己更傾向于作個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)著，但是我也具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的思想。

　　I don’t try to get in front of people and lead them, particularly. I’d rather cooperate with anybody else and get the job done by working together.

　　I don’t agree with somebody else if I think he is wrong, but when I understand his thoughts and find he has some good ideas, then I am very glad to go along with him.

　　我不習(xí)慣在人前活動(dòng)，尤其是做一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。我寧愿跟別人合作共同完成工作。

　　如果我認(rèn)為一個(gè)人錯(cuò)了那我決不會(huì)認(rèn)同他的觀點(diǎn)，但是當(dāng)我理解了他的想法，并且發(fā)現(xiàn)他有一些好的見解時(shí)，我是非常樂意跟他一塊工作的。

　　What attitude do you take towards life?

　　談一下你對(duì)待生活的態(tài)度。

　　I feel it is important to build a career. Seize the day, seize the hour. Even if it’s hard at the time. I try to get things done that day and not to let them go.

　　我覺得建立一個(gè)事業(yè)是很重要的。抓牢每一天，每一個(gè)小時(shí)，不管在那一刻是多么的困難。我嘗試著就在當(dāng)天抓住我想要的，而決不讓其一閃而過。

　　Question 15

　　What is important to you in a job?

　　對(duì)你而言，你覺得什么對(duì)工作是重要的?

　　For example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.

　　比方說(shuō)，挑戰(zhàn)，成就感，還有對(duì)自己所做貢獻(xiàn)的認(rèn)知。
