　　1. 首段首句表明寫作意圖;

　　2. 向外國學生介紹圖書館情況，例如：每天開閉關時間;在哪里辦理圖書卡;借書的須知;圖書管的基本設施等等。此外，既然通知的對象是新入學的外國留學生，也可代表校方或圖書管向其表達問候;
