　　3) 承認(rèn)人們沒有權(quán)利剝削動(dòng)物,但政府可以設(shè)定相關(guān)條約來把降低傷害。Of course, animals should have all the same rights as human being sand human are not entitled to exploit animals for their own interests. However, the governments can set standard for the animal testing so the number of animals and their suffering can be considerably reduced.
