定語從句

（1）四種情況只能用that不用which 或者who

a. 先行詞由形容最高級或者序數(shù)詞修飾

b. 先行詞由 the only, the just, the last, the very, no 修飾

c. 先行詞為不定代詞all, little, something, anything, nothing, much few

d. 先行詞既是人又是物時

（2）關系副詞when/where/why引導的

a. There will be moments in life _____ you are presented with new options.

（3）非限定性定語從句：對被修飾的名詞進一步說明、描述和補充，從句有一定的獨立性，不能用that 引導

（4）定語從句的介詞

a. The room in which I’m reading is large.

b. The grass on which the cow lives is adequate.
