2018年6月英語四級翻譯卷二解析：飛機(jī)

　　過去，乘飛機(jī)出行對大多數(shù)中國人來說是難以想象的。如今隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高，越來越多的中國人包括許多農(nóng)民和外出務(wù)工人員都能乘飛機(jī)出行。他們可以乘飛機(jī)到達(dá)所有大城市，還有許多城市也在籌建機(jī)場。航空服務(wù)不斷改進(jìn)，而且經(jīng)常會有特價機(jī)票。近年來，節(jié)假日期間選擇乘飛機(jī)外出旅游的人不斷增加。

　　點評：本道題，有兩處可采用非謂語動詞形式(including many farmers and migrant workers和choosing to travel by air during holidays)讓句子結(jié)構(gòu)變得簡單，同時development即是發(fā)展和提高兩個詞的重復(fù)概念處理，統(tǒng)一用development就能表達(dá)清楚。整體來講，難度適中。推薦使用非謂語動詞造句。

　　四級翻譯的另一話題是飛機(jī)

　　第一個句子，“難以想象”這個詞，有很多同學(xué)會想到incredible，unimaginable，這些詞都可以，這里可以換一下，換成it作形式主語的主語從句，it is impossible for most Chinese people to imagine…。

　　第二個句子，“經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展”是很基礎(chǔ)的短語，譯為the development of economy 。“生活水平的提高”中“提高”變成名詞improvement。“越來越多的中國人包括許多農(nóng)民和外出務(wù)工人員”中，“越來越…”譯為an increasing number of…，“包括…”作插入語，including farmers and migrant workers�！�...都能…”中�！澳堋蔽覀兛梢杂胏an，也可以用更高級點的表達(dá)has/have the ability to…表示有能力做什么事情，這個小結(jié)構(gòu)非常好。

　　第三個句子，“他們可以乘飛機(jī)到達(dá)所有大城市，還有許多城市也在籌建機(jī)場”直譯They can fly to all the big cities, and many cities are also building airports。

　　第四個句子，“航空服務(wù)”airline service如果不知道怎么翻譯，可以直接說“服務(wù)”service。“特價機(jī)票”就是便宜的機(jī)票，可以理解成被打折的機(jī)票，discounted tickets，當(dāng)然你可以翻譯成其他的，比如說特別的機(jī)票special tickets。

　　最后一個句子，“近年來”譯為 in recent years，整個句子難度也不大。
