　　2.第2句中的“培養(yǎng)朝廷官員”可用不定式短語to produce government officials表達，作該句系動詞was的表語。

　　3.第4句由兩個分句組成，第1個分句的主語是“國家”，第2個分句的邏輯主語是“多種法律”(這也是第一個 分句的賓語)，為了敘述角度的統(tǒng)一，此處用“多種法律”作句子的主語會更合適，但要注意用被動語態(tài)，譯作 A variety of laws have been developed...。 “從不同角度”可處理為插人語，譯為 from different angles. “保障每個人都有……的權利”可套用結構ensure sb. the right(s) to do sth.。

　　4.在倒數(shù)第2句中，“中國教育取得了巨大的成就”可直譯為Chineseeducation has got great achievements，但這不是地道的英文表達，此處可轉換主語為“中國”，譯作China sees great achievements in its education。這里see取“經(jīng)歷，以……為特點”之義，譯文表達更生動形象。
