2018年大學英語四級常用翻譯方法和技巧：反譯法

　　英語和漢語中往往均可用肯定形式或否定形式表達同一概念。但是，由于英漢表達習慣的巨大差異，有時，英語中的肯定形式可以甚至必須譯成漢語中的否定形式、而英語中的否定形式卻宜譯作漢語中的肯定形式。

　　[例1]Wet Paint! 油漆未干!(正說反譯)

　　[例2]I have read your articles, but I expect to meet an older man.

　　我讀過你的文章，但沒料想你這樣年輕。

　　[例3]I regret to learn that you have failed in the examination.

　　得知你未能通過考試，深表遺憾。(正說反譯)

　　[例4]How she longed to unsay her tactless words!

　　她多么希望收回她那些不得體的話啊! (反說正譯)

　　[例5]The sea was, unfortunately, very rough that day.

　　可惜，那天的海浪很大。(反說正譯)

　　[例6]This bird is an unusual winter visitor to Britain.

　　這種鳥很少冬季到英國來。(反說正譯)
