　　In my opinion, there are some critical factors contributing to a good university. First of all, the vital one lies in the motto and mission of a university. As Yale University’s mission is to train for public service, a good motto or mission lets a university and its students be able to reach something tangible and leads them to the way to success. Secondly, academic atmosphere is of great importance as well. A good university should have a great academic atmosphere so that its students are enthusiastic to involve themselves in a group brainstorming and learn from each other. What’s more, it’s also absolutely necessary to have excellent teaching staff and facilities.
