加氫反應(yīng)器 hydrogenation reactor

　　China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) has installed the world's largest slurry-bed residue hydrogenation reactor in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, setting a record for hoisting the heaviest single piece of equipment in the country.

　　The reactor's outside diameter is 6.156 meters and it has a wall thickness of 320 mm. It is the core equipment of a key refining-chemical integration project of Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd. The record-breaking installation used the 5,200-tonne slidable hydraulic gantry lifting system for the main hoisting task, and a 2,000-tonne crawler crane coordinated the lift from the other end.

　　中國(guó)石油化工股份有限公司(中石化)在浙江省舟山市安裝完成世界上最大的渣油床加氫反應(yīng)器，創(chuàng)下中國(guó)最重的單件設(shè)備吊裝紀(jì)錄。

　　該反應(yīng)器外徑6.156m，壁厚320mm，是中石化浙江石油分公司一個(gè)關(guān)鍵煉化一體化項(xiàng)目的核心設(shè)備。此次破紀(jì)錄的吊裝采用了5200噸的可滑動(dòng)式液壓龍門(mén)吊裝系統(tǒng)作為主要吊裝設(shè)備，另一端由2000噸的履帶吊裝協(xié)同吊裝。

　　磁懸浮列車(chē) magnetic-levitation train

　　Performance checks of China's domestically-developed prototype magnetic-levitation train, with a designed top speed of 600 km per hour, began in Shanghai on June 21.

　　Maglev trains generate less noise due to the absence of wheel-rail friction. Besides, their minimum turning radius is only half that of a subway, allowing it to better bypass buildings in route planning.

　　6月21日，中國(guó)自主研發(fā)的最高時(shí)速600公里磁懸浮試驗(yàn)樣車(chē)在上海開(kāi)始性能測(cè)試。

　　磁懸浮列車(chē)沒(méi)有輪軌的摩擦震動(dòng)，因此產(chǎn)生的噪音較少。同時(shí)，列車(chē)最小轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑僅為地鐵的二分之一，在路線規(guī)劃中可以更好地繞開(kāi)建筑物。
