現(xiàn)在，我介紹一下中國農(nóng)業(yè)幾方面的現(xiàn)狀。種植業(yè)：這方面結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的幅度較大，優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)發(fā)展迅速，訂單農(nóng)業(yè)成為新增長點。農(nóng)業(yè)立法執(zhí)法進一步加強，抗災(zāi)保豐收成效顯著。我們基本上實現(xiàn)了種植業(yè)發(fā)展的計劃目標。

　　Now, I'm going to talk about agriculture in China. Crops and plantations. There has been substantial restructuring, leading to considerable development in high quailty agricultural products. Production to order has become a new area of growth. Agriculture related legislation and law enforcement have improved. Fighting natural disaster to protect harvests has generated impressive results. We have largely achieved the objectives in our plan.

　　林業(yè)：中國政府對林業(yè)高度重視，造林綠化穩(wěn)步推進，林業(yè)經(jīng)濟持續(xù)增長。2002年，全國林業(yè)總產(chǎn)值約3900億元，林業(yè)資源的管理與保護成效顯著，林業(yè)投資大幅度增加，2002年，林業(yè)投資170.57億元。

　　Forestry. The Chinese government attaches great importance to forestry. Our tree planting and green creation projects have made steady progress. The forestry economy continues to grow. In 2002, the total value of forestry output was 390 billion yuan. Remarkable results have been achieved in the management and protection of forestry resources. Our investment in forestry continues to grow. In 2002, it stood at over 17 billion yuan.

　　漁業(yè)：中國漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟保持平衡發(fā)展態(tài)勢，全國水產(chǎn)品總產(chǎn)量為4279萬噸，產(chǎn)值2807.7億元。水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖快速發(fā)展，漁業(yè)法律法規(guī)體系建設(shè)取得重大突破，出口勢頭強勁，國際合作進一步加強。

　　Fisheries. The fishing economy in China has maintained its balanced development. The total production of aqua products stands at 42.79 million tonnes, worth over 280 billion yuan. Marine farming is developing well. Thre have been major breakthrougs in laws and regulations in the fishing industry. Our export are strong. So is our internation cooperation.

　　畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)繼續(xù)保持穩(wěn)定增長。2002年肉類總產(chǎn)量6523.4萬噸，奶類總產(chǎn)量998.1萬噸，飼料總產(chǎn)量7800萬噸。畜牧業(yè)加大了內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整力度，草原生態(tài)建設(shè)全面展開，畜牧管理部門機構(gòu)改革對行業(yè)發(fā)展起了極為重要的作用。

　　Animal husbandry production continues to grow. In 2002, we produced a total of 65.234 million tonnes of meat, 9.98 million tonnes of dairy products and 78 million tonnes of animal feed. The animal husbandry industry has increased efforts to adjust its internal structure. Eco-development in grassland areas is being carried out on all fronts. Reform at administration level has also played an extremely important part in the development of the industry.
