That is, MacDonald’s gives us not only a new fast food, but a new culture of eating foreign to us before. That culture, embodied in the simple solid maize, won an unprecedented success among Chinese consumers. The Chinese food chains chose the yellow color, a combination of red with maize. According to experts, the yellow color is the most effective color to evoke appetite.
