4月22日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布《關(guān)于建立健全職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)門診共濟(jì)保障機(jī)制的指導(dǎo)意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》)。

　　Under the guideline, immediate1 family members, including spouses2, parents and children, will also be able to use the personal medical insurance accounts of insured employees for medical bills at designated institutions.

　　《意見》指出，職工個(gè)人醫(yī)保賬戶可以用于支付參保人員配偶、父母、子女在定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就醫(yī)發(fā)生的由個(gè)人負(fù)擔(dān)的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。

　　Their expenses incurred3 when purchasing medical devices, medicines and medical consumables at designated pharmaceutical4 stores can also be covered, the guideline said.

　　《意見》指出，在定點(diǎn)零售藥店購(gòu)買藥品、醫(yī)療器械、醫(yī)用耗材發(fā)生的由個(gè)人負(fù)擔(dān)的費(fèi)用也可由職工個(gè)人醫(yī)保賬戶支付。

　　The unified5 accounts should include all employees insured under the basic medical insurance system and enable them to reimburse6 at least 50 percent of the outpatient fees, the guideline noted7.

　　意見提出，普通門診統(tǒng)籌覆蓋職工醫(yī)保全體參保人員，政策范圍內(nèi)支付比例從50%起步。

　　The guideline has called for efforts to take gradual steps toward reimbursing8 outpatient bills through unified accounts, with the medicines for chronic9 and common illnesses incorporated.

　　《意見》還提出逐步采取措施，實(shí)現(xiàn)在門診發(fā)生的費(fèi)用，用統(tǒng)籌基金支付，慢性病、常見病用藥也納入統(tǒng)籌支付。
