　　1.Wear a mask and disposable gloves when receiving your packages

　　收到境外郵件時(shí)，要佩戴口罩和一次性手套

　　2.Open all packages outside and dispose of the boxes immediately

　　拆件時(shí)在戶外進(jìn)行，外包裝立即處理掉

　　3.Disinfect the inner and outer packaging with chlorine-containing disinfectants or 75% alcohol

　　用含氯消毒劑或75%酒精對(duì)內(nèi)外包裝進(jìn)行全面消毒

　　4.Be sure to wash your hands after handling your packages

　　處理完郵件后，切記要洗手

　　洗手是簡(jiǎn)單卻至關(guān)重要的一步，你的洗手方式正確嗎?研究表明，用力洗手大約需要20秒才能去除所有潛在的細(xì)菌和病毒。美國(guó)疾控中心發(fā)布洗手指南：

　　Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.

　　用干凈的流動(dòng)水(溫水或冷水)弄濕雙手，關(guān)掉水龍頭，然后涂抹肥皂。

　　Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

　　雙手將肥皂搓洗出泡沫。將肥皂沫涂抹在手背、指間和指甲縫。

　　Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.

　　搓洗雙手至少20秒。

　　Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.

　　Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

　　用干凈的毛巾擦手或晾干雙手。
