　　一、口譯技巧

　　1.合并

　　發(fā)展我們兩國(guó)的建設(shè)性合作關(guān)系，符合兩國(guó)人民的根本利益和兩國(guó)人民的共同心愿，必將造福于兩國(guó)人民。

　　A constructive and cooperative relationship between us is in line with the fundamental interests and common aspiration of the Chinese and Americans and is bound to benefit both peoples.(同時(shí)，原文中的“發(fā)展”在譯文中省略不譯。)

　　2.詞性轉(zhuǎn)換

　　動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為介詞

　　我們堅(jiān)持以鄰為善，通過(guò)和平談判同絕大多數(shù)鄰國(guó)解決了陸地邊界問(wèn)題，

　　In the spirit of good neighborliness, we have resolved the land boundaries question with most of our neighbors through peaceful negotiations.

　　動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為名詞

　　與東盟就制定南海地區(qū)行為準(zhǔn)則保持磋商，

　　We have maintained consultation with the ASEAN on the formulation of a code of conduct in the South China Sea area.

　　同世界各國(guó)一道，共同打擊恐怖主義這一國(guó)際公害

　　join the rest of the world in the concerted fight against this common scourge

　　動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為形容詞

　　事物之間、國(guó)家之間、民族之間、地區(qū)之間，存在這樣那樣的不同和差別是正常的，也可以說(shuō)是必然的。

　　It is natural and inevitable for things, countries, nations or regions to be different one way or another.(此外，原文中“不同和差別”同義重復(fù)，譯文中采用省略技巧)

　　3.拆分

　　我們主張，世界各種文明、社會(huì)制度和發(fā)展模式也應(yīng)相互交流和相互借鑒，/ 在和平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，在求同存異種共同發(fā)展。

　　We believe that the world’s civilizations, social systems and development models can come together for exchanges and emulation. / They can learn from one another for improvement in a peaceful competition and achieve common development by seeking common ground while reserving differences.(拆分后使用增詞技巧，增加主語(yǔ)。)
