　　On trade and investment. Tradecan play an enhanced role in creating jobs, sustaining economic growth andprosperity. We call upon members to keep RTAstransparent, inclusive and open to participation by others. They should ensurethat their RTAs are not onlyconsistent with WTO rules, but also help to strengthen the overall tradingsystem. The multilateral trading system should maintain its role as the mainchannel for trade liberalization and facilitation, with the WTO promotingcoherence across the global system.

　　貿(mào)易投資領(lǐng)域。貿(mào)易能夠進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與繁榮。我們呼吁WTO成員保持區(qū)域貿(mào)易協(xié)定的透明度和包容性，并確保其向其他成員開放。區(qū)域貿(mào)易協(xié)定不僅應(yīng)符合WTO規(guī)則，還應(yīng)有助于加強(qiáng)全球貿(mào)易體系。WTO具有推動全球體系一致的作用，多邊貿(mào)易體制仍是貿(mào)易自由化便利化的主渠道。
