　　On structural reforms. Werecognize the importance of structural reforms in dealing with the slowdown ofglobal productivity growth and promoting steady, durable and inclusive recoveryof global economy, which is also essential in realizing the ambition of the G20 Blueprint on Innovative Growthintroduced by Chinese Presidency of G20. While country circumstances differ,there are shared directions of reform in general terms, including deregulation,enhancing competition, encouraging innovation, promoting fiscal reform,promoting trade and investment, strengthening the financial system, advancinglabor market reform, improving infrastructure, enhancing environmentalsustainability and promoting inclusive growth. The OECD and the IMF fullysupport the enhanced structural reform agenda as one of the prioritiesidentified by Chinese Presidency of G20 this year. The internationalorganization (IOs) also support G20 members’ efforts in developing a set ofpriority areas and guiding principles for structural reforms, as well as anindicator system to further improve assessing and monitoring of the progress ofstructural reforms and their adequacy to address structural challenges, andwelcome the substantial progress that has been made in this regard. The OECD,the IMF and other IOs will continue to contribute proactively to the workstreams under the G20 Growth Framework, and tap into their expertise to providevaluable policy analysis and recommendations for G20 structural reforms. Chinawill strengthen the cooperation with the IOs to jointly support the G20 playsan important role in further promoting the policy actions on structural reformsat both country and global level.

　　結(jié)構(gòu)性改革領(lǐng)域。我們認識到推進結(jié)構(gòu)性改革對于應(yīng)對全球生產(chǎn)率增長放緩、推動世界經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)和包容復(fù)蘇以及實現(xiàn)中國作為G20主席國提出的G20創(chuàng)新增長藍圖的重要性。盡管各國國情不同，但總的改革方向是放松管制，促進競爭，支持創(chuàng)新，推進財政改革，促進貿(mào)易和投資，強化金融體系，推動勞動力市場改革，改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，增強環(huán)境可持續(xù)性，促進包容性增長。OECD、IMF支持中國作為今年G20主席國，將深化結(jié)構(gòu)性改革議程作為財金重點議題之一。各與會國際組織支持G20成員確定結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域和指導(dǎo)原則，并建立一套指標體系，更好地評估和監(jiān)測各成員結(jié)構(gòu)性改革進展及其是否足以應(yīng)對結(jié)構(gòu)性挑戰(zhàn)，對已取得的實質(zhì)性進展表示歡迎。OECD、IMF及其他與會國際組織將繼續(xù)積極參與G20增長框架下的工作，發(fā)揮專業(yè)優(yōu)勢，為G20結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提供有價值的政策分析與建議。今后，中方將與各國際組織加強合作，共同支持G20發(fā)揮重要作用，進一步推動各成員和全球出臺深化結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的政策行動。
