　　改譯：

　　正如良好的品格 要從基礎(chǔ)抓起 ，一個(gè)良好的社會(huì)也是如此。這就是打擊反社會(huì)行為的想法，而非實(shí)際舉措，是建立在真正的 洞察力 基礎(chǔ)上的原因。

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：

　　1、 bottom是“基礎(chǔ)”的意思，from the bottom up就是“從基礎(chǔ)抓起”，故把“從細(xì)微末節(jié)做起”改為“從基礎(chǔ)抓起”。

　　2、 insight是“洞察力”的意思，譯為“自我省悟”就不對(duì)了，美國(guó)有家雜志Insight，中文則譯成《洞察》。
