　　Only after I removed myself from all that

　　and started healing

　　我的自信開(kāi)始愈合

　　and slowly started getting actual support

　　did I start seeing that fact,

　　這時(shí)我才開(kāi)始了解到事實(shí)真相

　　I was just fed so many lies by people to cut me down

　　我聽(tīng)了太多旁人為了消磨我的斗志而說(shuō)出的謊言

　　so I wouldn't ever achieve anything.

　　他們就是希望我一事無(wú)成

　　I had such a low self concept

　　我對(duì)自己的認(rèn)知太過(guò)淺薄

　　and yet it wasn't even real,

　　即淺薄又虛假

　　it was just based on judgments made by others.

　　這樣的自我認(rèn)知是建立在他人的評(píng)判之上

　　The thing is,

　　事實(shí)上

　　if someone took the time to try to cut you down,

　　如果有人愿意花時(shí)間給你設(shè)置障礙

　　that means they recognised a lot of potential in you,

　　就以為著，他們?cè)谀闵砩习l(fā)現(xiàn)了很多潛質(zhì)

　　enough to be deemed a threat.

　　你的潛質(zhì)足以讓他們感到威脅

　　Take it from your enemies that you are a formidable opponent

　　你可以將計(jì)就計(jì)，既然你的敵人認(rèn)為你的可怕的對(duì)手

　　and use that to propel you forward.

　　你就應(yīng)該激勵(lì)自己越發(fā)努力

　　Surround yourself with good vibes

　　讓自己置身于正能量的氛圍之中

　　it will do wonders for your self esteem.

　　這會(huì)對(duì)你的自尊心產(chǎn)生神奇的助力

　　Come to terms with your past and grieve

　　接受自己的過(guò)去，與自己的傷痛妥協(xié)

　　for as long as necessary

　　堅(jiān)持足夠長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間

　　so that you can move forward.

　　這樣你才能向前邁進(jìn)

　　You can do stuff you'd never even dreamed of

　　and deep down, you know it.
