　　Today, with COVID-19 yet to be brought under full control at the global level, all countries face the formidable task to defeat the virus, stabilize the economy, and protect livelihoods.

　　It is against such a backdrop that China decided to hold 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) despite many difficulties in preparation. It shows China's willingness to join hands with all countries in this trying time and work together to enable global trade in services to thrive and the world economy to recover at an early date.

　　All countries should jointly foster an open and inclusive environment for cooperation and work together to invigorate momentum for cooperation driven by innovation. Joint efforts should also be made to break new ground in win-win cooperation.

　　當(dāng)前，全球范圍新冠病毒疫情尚未得到全面控制，各國都面臨著抗疫情、穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、保民生的艱巨任務(wù)。

　　就在此背景下，中國克服重重困難，決定舉辦2020年中國國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)，表明中國愿意同所有國家攜手努力、共克時(shí)艱，共同促進(jìn)全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展繁榮，推動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)盡快復(fù)蘇。

　　各國要共同營造開放包容的合作環(huán)境，激活創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)的合作動(dòng)能，開創(chuàng)互利共贏的合作局面。
