　　A brain-like computer with over 100 million neurons has been developed by Chinese researchers. This high-tech device contains 792 second-generation brain-like Darwin chips developed by Zhejiang University. It supports 120 million spiking neurons and nearly 100 billion synapses, which are equivalent to the number of neurons in the brain of a mouse. The average power consumption of the computer comes in at only 350-500 watts.

It is an innovative computing architecture that is regarded as one of the important ways to solve complex computing-related problems in fields, such as artificial intelligence.

　　中國(guó)科研人員研制出一臺(tái)億級(jí)神經(jīng)元類腦計(jì)算機(jī)。這臺(tái)類腦計(jì)算機(jī)包含 792顆浙江大學(xué)研制的達(dá)爾文2代類腦芯片，支持1.2億脈沖神經(jīng)元、近千億神經(jīng)突觸，與小鼠大腦神經(jīng)元數(shù)量規(guī)模相當(dāng)，典型運(yùn)行功耗只需要350-500瓦。

　　類腦計(jì)算用硬件及軟件模擬大腦神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行機(jī)制，構(gòu)造一種全 新的人工智能系統(tǒng)。這種新型計(jì)算模式已被看作是解決人工智能等計(jì)算難題的重要路徑之一。
