law-based society

　　The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has published an outline in pursuit of building a law-based society in the next five years. The document puts forth the guiding thoughts, primary principles and overall goals for building a society based on the rule of law in China.

　　The country should pursue coordinated progress in law-based governance, law-based exercise of State power, and law-based government administration, and promote the integrated development of rule of law for the country, the government and the society.

　　A weeklong public awareness campaign on China's constitution was launched on Nov 30 ahead of the country's annual Constitution Day, which falls on Dec 4.

　　We need to adhere to Constitution-based governance, unswervingly uphold the leadership of the Party, the people's democratic dictatorship and the people's congress system, which are enshrined in the Constitution.

　　近日，中共中央印發(fā)了《法治社會建設(shè)實施綱要(2020—2025年)》。綱要提出了建設(shè)法治社會的指導(dǎo)思想、主要原則以及總體目標(biāo)。

　　要堅持依法治國、依法執(zhí)政、依法行政共同推進(jìn)，法治國家、法治政府、法治社會一體建設(shè)。

　　每年12月4日是“國家憲法日”。2020年全國“憲法宣傳周”活動提前于11月30日拉開帷幕。

　　堅持依憲治國、依憲執(zhí)政，就包括堅持憲法確定的中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位不動搖，堅持憲法確定的人民民主專政的國體和人民代表大會制度的政體不動搖。
