　　The State Council released plans for the new pilot zones in Beijing and in Hunan and Anhui provinces on September 21, boosting the number of China's free trade zones to 21.

　　China's three newly established pilot free trade zones will further facilitate its high-level opening-up and boost high-quality growth through deeper reforms, especially in the areas of digital economy, high-end manufacturing and regional integration.

　　China set up its first FTZ in Shanghai in 2013 to attract more foreign investment and promote trade and regional integration.

　　9月21日，國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)北京、湖南、安徽自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)總體方案，至此，全國(guó)自貿(mào)區(qū)數(shù)量增至21個(gè)。

　　我國(guó)新設(shè)的3個(gè)自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)將通過(guò)更深層次的改革探索，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)高水平開(kāi)放，提升高質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)，尤 其是在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、高端制造業(yè)和區(qū)域融合等領(lǐng)域。

　　2013年，我國(guó)在上海設(shè)立首個(gè)自貿(mào)區(qū)，以吸引更多外資，促進(jìn)貿(mào)易和區(qū)域一體化。
