media convergence
The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have recently released a guideline to further beef up the country's media convergence.
The document calls for assembling more quality content, advanced technologies, professional talent and funds to internet platforms and mobile terminals.
In terms of the cultivation of professionals, the newly released guideline calls for a more active, open and effective policy on talent recruitment, and putting more young and middle-aged talent who are adept at new media into key positions.
中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳近日印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加快推進(jìn)媒體深度融合發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》。
《意見(jiàn)》要求，要把更多優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容、先進(jìn)技術(shù)、專(zhuān)業(yè)人才、項(xiàng)目資金向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)主陣地匯集、向移動(dòng)端傾斜。
《意見(jiàn)》指出，在人才培養(yǎng)方面要實(shí)行更加積極、開(kāi)放、有效的人才引進(jìn)政策，把更多熟悉新媒體的中青年優(yōu)秀人才充實(shí)到關(guān)鍵崗位。
