多邊主義和自由貿(mào)易的勝利

a victory of multilateralism and free trade

　　The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement was signed among its 15 participating countries on November 15, launching the world's biggest free trade bloc. Participating countries include the 10 member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

　　Covering a market of 2.27 billion people and a combined GDP of 26.2 trillion U.S. dollars, the RCEP signatories, which account for about one third of the world's economy, will become a large integrated market, thus injecting impetus into regional and global economic growth.

　　The signing of the RCEP is not only a landmark achievement of East Asian regional cooperation, but also a victory of multilateralism and free trade. The RCEP agreement will accelerate the building of the ASEAN economic community and thereby allow ASEAN to become dynamic and strong partners in promoting cooperation for shared prosperity.

　　11月15日，涵蓋15個成員國的區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定(RCEP)正式簽署，世界上最大的自由貿(mào)易區(qū)就此誕生。此次簽署區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定的共有15個成員國，包括東盟10國和中國、日本、韓國、澳大利亞、新西蘭。

　　現(xiàn)有的15個成員國總?cè)丝谶_(dá)22.7億，合并國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)26.2萬億美元。區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定自貿(mào)區(qū)的建成，意味著全球約三分之一的經(jīng)濟(jì)體量將形成一體化大市場，為區(qū)域和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長注入強(qiáng)勁動力。

　　簽署區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定，不僅僅是東亞區(qū)域合作極具標(biāo)志性意義的成果，更是多邊主義和自由貿(mào)易的勝利。它將為加快推進(jìn)東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體建設(shè)注入新動力，從而使東盟成為活躍、強(qiáng)勁的合作伙伴，大家攜手為共同繁榮而努力。
