Phoenix TV: My question relates to two-way investment. We have just seen that last year China’s outbound investment exceeded USD 100 billion for the first time, scoring a balance with FDI. What is your take on that? Could you share with us your projections of outbound investment and FDI in 2015?

　　【鳳凰衛(wèi)視記者】:我的問題是有關(guān)于雙向投資，剛才我們看到，去年是第一次對(duì)外投資超過了1千億美元，實(shí)現(xiàn)了平衡，想請(qǐng)您評(píng)價(jià)一下這樣的狀況。另外，請(qǐng)您預(yù)估一下2015年對(duì)外投資的情況是什么樣的?吸收外資的情況是什么樣的?

　　Shen Danyang: China’s outbound investment in 2014 across the board stood at USD 116 billion. With reinvestment via third-party financing included, China’s outbound investment in 2014 was approximately USD 140 billion, which is USD 20 billion more than China’s FDI. In other words, China’s ODI beat FDI in 2014. China has become a net exporter of capital.

　　【沈丹陽】:2014年我國(guó)共實(shí)現(xiàn)全行業(yè)對(duì)外投資1160億美元,如果加上第三地融資再投資，2014年我國(guó)的對(duì)外投資規(guī)模應(yīng)該在1400億美元左右。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)大約高于中國(guó)利用外資200億美元，就是說2014年我國(guó)的實(shí)際對(duì)外投資已經(jīng)超過利用外資的規(guī)模了,中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為資本的凈輸出國(guó)。

　　Nowadays, Chinese investors are wooed by countries across the world. Advanced economies like the US, the EU and Japan and emerging markets including Russia, Brazil and South Africa all welcome Chinese investment. Meanwhile, Chinese companies are keen to invest with market impetus. With the policy incentives of the Chinese government’s going global initiative, the fundamentals of Chinese ODI are sound. High-speed growth has been anticipated.

　　當(dāng)前，中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資是深受世界各國(guó)歡迎的，像美國(guó)、歐盟、日本這樣的發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體，像俄羅斯、巴西、南非這樣的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體，以及一些不發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體，都非常歡迎中國(guó)企業(yè)到他們那里去投資。同時(shí)，中國(guó)企業(yè)也有對(duì)外投資的積極性，或者說有市場(chǎng)動(dòng)力，加上中國(guó)政府積極鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)“走出去”對(duì)外投資的政策支持，因此中國(guó)對(duì)外投資增長(zhǎng)的基本面是好的，高速增長(zhǎng)也是在預(yù)期之內(nèi)的。
