　　進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)由高速增長(zhǎng)階段轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展階段。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)就是要在質(zhì)量變革、效率變革、動(dòng)力變革的基礎(chǔ)上，建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)體系，提高全要素生產(chǎn)率，不斷增強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。我們將堅(jiān)定不移貫徹新發(fā)展理念，以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為主線，推動(dòng)新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步發(fā)展，加快完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制，發(fā)展更高層次的開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)。

　　進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，中國(guó)正以前所未有的決心和力度推進(jìn)全面深化改革，將繼續(xù)以開(kāi)放促改革、促發(fā)展，不斷提高對(duì)外開(kāi)放的質(zhì)量和水平。正如習(xí)總書(shū)記所說(shuō)，中國(guó)是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的受益者，更是貢獻(xiàn)者，中國(guó)的發(fā)展是世界的機(jī)遇。中國(guó)的開(kāi)放不是你輸我贏，而是合作共贏。中國(guó)不搞霸王條款，不圖占別人便宜。中國(guó)已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)出臺(tái)一系列進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大開(kāi)放的舉措，中國(guó)開(kāi)放的大門不會(huì)關(guān)閉，只會(huì)越開(kāi)越大。

　　In the new era, China’s economy prefers high quality to high speed. We are aiming for better quality, higher efficiency and more robust drivers of growth through reform. A strategic goal of China’s development is to build a modernised economy featuring higher total factor productivity, stronger innovation and greater competitiveness.

　　We will apply a new vision of development with a focus on supply-side structural reforms. We will promote a new type of industrialisation, IT application, urbanisation and agricultural modernisation in a synchronised manner, further improve the socialist market economy and bring economic openness to a higher level.

　　In the new era, China is more than ever determined and devoted to advance reform across the board and promote development through higher-standard opening-up. As President Xi Jinping put it, China benefits from, and more importantly, contributes to economic globalisation as China’s development presents opportunities to the whole world.

　　In the course of opening-up, China never plays a zero-sum game, never domineers over others and never seeks selfish interests at others’ expense. What China aspires to is win-win cooperation. China will not close its door to the outside; it will only take further actions to become more and more open.
